I had the absolute best experience here. Alyssa was my server. She was absolutely amazing. She made sure that me and my friend were well taken care of. She’s very honest and thoughtful and just made the overall experience like so wonderful I’ll definitely come back for her.

I really enjoyed our visit here. I found the restaurant on line googling Cajun seafood. The pictures on line looked really good. We drove over 30 mins so I was hoping it was going to be good. The outside of the building was cute and the decorating looked like a Cajun restaurant. We were greeted and sat right away. We had our choice of the all you can eat menu or the regular menu. We both decided on the Dungeness crab boil. It came in a big bag of deliciousness. We picked the Cajun sauce in the hot level of spice and it was perfect. Our waitress suggested the fire level might be a little too hot and take away from the flavor and I think that was good advice. We had enough to take home and we are excited for our leftovers. I recommend this restaurant and this dish. We returned again today. Maddie was our waitress she was great , cute and bubbly. She helped us pick out what we showed her we had last time by the pictures from this review. We added a few items. It was delicious once again and Maddie did a great job. We will be back again.

Enjoyed every minute and every bite! Service was excellent! I got the HR signature sauce, which was good but wasn't my favorite.. not enough seasonings for me. I'll stick with the Cajun from now on.

We drove a little over and hour to try Hook & Reel and it was definitely worth it. We did the all you can eat. The seafood was very fresh and cooked perfectly. We tried the seasoned garlic butter mild at first but was not spice, so the next platter I ordered spicy and it was perfect. It’s honestly hard to find good crawfish and this is the place hit the spot. Service is quick to take your order and the food comes right out. Highly recommend Hook & Reel if you’re craving seafood! The only thing I believe could use some tlc is the restrooms.

10/10 with service and food. Received service right away and food was ready in 5 minutes. The food was great. I had a shrimp basket with sweet potato fries and my husband had a bag with crawfish shrimp sausage and potatoes. Everything was perfect. Went around 7pm no wait.

Been wanting to try this place after coworkers said how good it was. Took my wife for her birthday dinner, and we weren't disappointed at all. We ordered off menu instead of all you can eat. we will do that next time. Ordered coconut shrimp and calamari for appetizers. Both were awesome, except I don't care much for marinara sauce to dip calamari in. Our main courses were amazing, except I didn't expect my meal to come in an inflated bag. But, that said after the chuckle about personal floatation device we enjoyed it. Now what we didn't expect was a robot to deliver food. Highly recommend this place

I had tenders, flounder, Cajun fries, and corn. Everything was delicious. My server Summer was great also. I definitely will be returning.

We went to Hook N Reel today for a late birthday celebration. We went at the perfect time because it wasn’t crowded at all. Collin was able to focus on us. He checked on us the perfect amount of times! The food was got and fresh. We got the all you can eat and it was totally worth it. We left stuffed!!! I definitely recommend. Collin was the best! Ask for him next time you go!!!
